Anna Weistand
CEO & wild Child

was interested in creative processes, as well as in active implementation of good ideas from an early age on. Her educational background in structural engineering, with a focus on architecture, provided a strong foundation. However, Anna's interests expanded further as she pursued a career in communications design, driven by her growing desire to communicate meaningful content and values. But that's not all - Anna is also an expert for self-sufficiency with edible wild plants and a state-certified conservationist, also known as hunter. Through these pursuits she aims to amplify environmental concerns. Beyond her professional ventures, Anna's passion for food, wine, and nightlife seamlessly bridges the realms of nature and modern urban living. As a daughter, she embraces and encourages the bold visions of youth, advocating for their fruitful realization.

Ilona Weistand
Chef

grew up in the nature of Poland, learned to embrace and cherish an authentic way of life and the value of self-sufficiency. After years of traveling and experiencing flavors of different cuisines and cultures she supports the Testkitchen by what she learned back then. Ilona creates an individual foodprint that requires experimentation, creativity, and the willingness to break free from convention. Her current work is shaped by a heartfelt journey back to her origins and a deep longing to revive the age-old wisdom of nature. As a mother, she strives for earthy maturity and ensures the natural sovereignty of the processes.
